The tracking info never seemed to match what was actually happening with my order?? I kept checking it, but it just wasn’t accurate at all.

Just a warning for anyone thinking of ordering, my package showed up ripped, crushed, and looking like it had been tossed around without any care. Luckily, the items inside weren’t damaged, but the condition of the box was bad. I don’t feel comfortable ordering again after this.

I’m frustrated becuase it still hasn’t arrived yet. I knew shipping might take a bit, but this is way longer than I expected

I ordered something from costlow.shop, but when it arrived it wasn’t really what I thought I was getting. It also made me wonder a bit about the quality, since it didn’t feel quite as reliable as I expected. Sending it back was fairly straightforward, so that part wasn’t too bad.

The annoying part was waiting for the refund. I had to email them a couple of times just to find out what was going on, and it definitely took longer than they originally said. They did refund me eventually, which I appreciate, but between the slow process and the doubts about the item itself, I’m not in a hurry to order from them again.

I was disappointed with this. It broke after just two days of normal use, which is not acceptable. It also has that cheap, plasticky feel, so yeah, I really wouldn’t recommend it.
